Australian Shipping

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering: Just a few seconds.

Processing: Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare and pack your order.

Shipping: Once your order has been dispatched, Australia Post takes it from there.

Australia Post Standard Shipping generally takes 3–7 business days and starts from $10.95 AUD, depending on the weight of your order.

Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

 

Pre-Made & Made-to-Order Items — Australia

Some of our special pieces are handmade or made to order by our artisans in Bali, Indonesia.

Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for these pieces to be handmade and completed in Bali. Once finished, they are shipped to us in Australia, where we carefully quality-check, package and prepare your order before sending it on to you.

For Australian customers ordering a pre-made, customised or made-to-order piece, please allow the 6–8 week production period, plus the additional delivery time for your order to arrive in Australia and then be posted to you via Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched from us, standard Australian delivery generally takes an additional 3–7 business days.

 

International Shipping

We’re so excited to send Cowrie Alchemy around the world. 

International orders are shipped from Australia via Australia Post. Shipping costs vary depending on your destination and the weight of your order and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Most international orders generally arrive within 6–15 business days once dispatched from Australia.

Please keep in mind that customs processing, local postal services and other circumstances outside of our control can occasionally extend these delivery times.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

 

Pre-Made & Made-to-Order Items — International

For international customers ordering one of our pre-made, customised or made-to-order pieces, please allow additional time.

These pieces are handmade in Bali, Indonesia, with a typical production time of approximately 6–8 weeks. Once completed, they are shipped to us in Australia, where we carefully quality-check, package and prepare your order before sending it on to you.

Please allow the 6–8 week production period, plus approximately 6–15 business days for international delivery once your order has been dispatched from Australia.

Customs processing or local postal delays may occasionally extend this timeframe.

 

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

Where available, these charges may be calculated and collected at checkout, meaning there should be no additional customs charges to pay when your order arrives.

For some destinations, duties and taxes cannot be prepaid at checkout. In these cases, any applicable import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid directly to the local postal service or customs authority before your parcel can be released or delivered.

Please note that customs requirements and processing times vary between countries, and any customs delays are outside of Cowrie Alchemy’s control.
